What this section is not. It is not background; see Concepts for the why behind each step.

Each guide is one goal, one procedure for a model author or evaluator: evaluate a backbone, submit, reproduce a row, attach a readout head, or run the whole loop locally. Maintainer procedures (regenerating a dataset from its rfgen recipe, contributing a new task to the suite) are in the developer documentation.
